PROJECT MANAGER CONSULTANT (m/f/d)
At MCSC Consulting, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager Consultant (m/f/d) to provide expert project management support to our clients. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects and help our clients achieve their strategic goals.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultative Support:
You will work closely with clients to understand their project management needs and provide tailored advice to enhance their existing processes.
Implementation Guidance:
You will assist clients in implementing project management methodologies and frameworks that align with their organizational goals.
Training and Coaching:
You will provide training and coaching to client teams, empowering them to adopt best practices in project management.
Change Management:
You will support clients in managing change related to project management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
You will help clients establish metrics for success and monitor the effectiveness of their project management practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a consulting environment.

You have already worked in various industries and can apply your skills to projects in different subject areas.

You can effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

You are skilled in problem-solving and can make informed decisions under pressure.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proactive approach to project management.
