SALES MANAGER (m/f/d)

At MCSC Consulting, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our sales efforts and drive the growth of our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy Development:
You will create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Client Acquisition
You will actively seek out and engage potential clients, conducting presentations and negotiations to secure new business.

Relationship Management
You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Market Research
You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration with Brandteam
You will work closely with the Brand Team to develop campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.

  • You have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

  • You are a persuasive communicator who can engage with clients at all levels.

  • You are driven by results and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • You have experience in leading a sales team and fostering a collaborative environment.
