SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT (m/f/d)

We are a newly founded SAP consulting company with a management team that can look back on 15 years of SAP expertise. Our mission?
To put our international customers on the path to digital transformation through innovative solutions and first-class consulting. We are looking for an enthusiastic SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) to support our team. You will work directly on the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions to provide real value to our clients.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of SuccessFactors Solutions
You will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors modules, analyzing client requirements, and developing tailored solutions.

Process Optimization
You will identify optimization potentials in our clients‘ HR processes and successfully implement them to enhance efficiency and user-friendliness.

Technical Support and Training
You will provide technical support to our clients and conduct training sessions to ensure they can fully utilize the capabilities of their SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Close Collaboration with Team and Clients
You will work closely with your colleagues and directly with our clients to understand their challenges and develop solutions that meet their specific needs.

Documentation and Reporting
You will create comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions and monitor project progress to ensure all requirements are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 2 years of practical experience in one or more modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with knowledge in the implementation and optimization of HR processes.

  • You have a good sense of client needs and can quickly grasp and analyze complex issues.

  • You can convey technical information clearly and communicate effectively with different stakeholders—both in German (at least B2 level) and in English.

  • You are a team player and actively contribute your ideas and experiences to collaboratively develop solutions.

  • You work independently, show initiative, and find proactive solutions to challenges.
