We are a newly founded SAP consulting company with a management team that can look back on 15 years of SAP expertise. Our mission?
To put our international customers on the path to digital transformation through innovative solutions and first-class consulting. We are currently looking for a new team member who, with experience and ambition, will fill the position of SAP SuccessFactors Teamlead (m/f/d) to build the entire area, including suitable team structures, and help shape our success story.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and Leading the SuccessFactors Area
 You will develop our SuccessFactors unit from the ground up, including recruiting and leading a highly qualified team of SuccessFactors consultants. You will create a performance-oriented environment and establish clear structures to ensure the team’s success.

Strategic Customer Consulting
You will act as a competent point of contact for our clients regarding all SuccessFactors-related questions. You will analyze the specific needs of our clients and develop tailored, innovative solutions that provide real added value.

Project Management and Process Optimization
 You will be responsible for the implementation and continuous optimization of SuccessFactors processes. This includes monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.

Close Collaboration with Our Clients
You will work closely with our clients, understanding their challenges and developing solutions that are precisely tailored to their requirements. You will contribute to the successful digitization and optimization of our clients‘ HR processes.

Technical Support and Training
You will ensure that our clients can fully leverage the capabilities of their SAP SuccessFactors solutions by providing technical support and conducting training sessions. This will ensure that the systems are used optimally.

Promotion of Knowledge Transfer and Quality Assurance
You will foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within your team. You will encourage knowledge sharing and ensure that high-quality standards are maintained, contributing to keeping our consulting projects at the cutting edge of technology and practice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 3 years of practical experience in one or more modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with in-depth knowledge in the implementation and optimization of HR processes.

  • You have the ability to lead, motivate, and build a successful team. Initial experience in managing projects or teams is a plus.

  • You can explain complex issues clearly and communicate at eye level with different stakeholders—both in German (at least C1 level) and in English.

  • You bring extensive experience in customer consulting and have a good sense of the needs and challenges of clients. You know how to develop and implement sustainable, strategic solutions.

  • You work purposefully and independently, maintain an overview even in complex projects, and make informed decisions that advance the project.
