To put our international customers on the path to digital transformation through innovative solutions and first-class consulting. We are currently looking for dedicated and talented SAP Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team and achieve great things together with us.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimization & Management of SAP Payroll Processes
You take full ownership of payroll execution in SAP, ensuring that payroll runs smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with German payroll regulations. You proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Customization of Payroll Schemas & Rules
You configure and adapt payroll schemas and calculation rules to meet the specific needs of our company. By optimizing these settings, you ensure accurate payroll processing and seamless integration with HR and finance functions.
Ensuring Compliance with German Payroll Regulations
You stay up to date with legal changes in tax, social security, and labor laws to ensure that all payroll processes comply with the latest regulations. You implement necessary updates in SAP Payroll and advise internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations. You provide expert support in resolving payroll-related issues and act as the key contact person for SAP Payroll topics within the organization.
Process Improvement & Innovation
You continuously analyze existing payroll workflows, identify optimization potential, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. You drive automation initiatives and contribute to the digital transformation of payroll processes.
Technical Support & Training
You support internal teams by troubleshooting SAP Payroll issues and providing guidance on best practices. Additionally, you conduct training sessions to ensure key stakeholders are proficient in using SAP Payroll effectively.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 3 years of experience working with SAP Payroll, specifically in German payroll.
- You have strong expertise in payroll schemas & calculation rules and feel confident making adjustments and optimizations.
- You are familiar with German labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
- You have a structured and independent work style with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and service-driven.
- You have good German (B2 level or higher) and English skills.
