Seamless SuccessFactors Integration with SAP HCM

In a transformative project, we enabled a seamless integration of SuccessFactors with the SAP R/3 Business Suite to optimize master data management for payroll. By implementing a robust cloud integration solution, we achieved efficient, reliable data transfer across systems, establishing SuccessFactors as the leading system for HR data. This centralized approach significantly improved data quality and streamlined payroll processes. Our team took on dual roles: as project leaders to coordinate and drive execution, and as SAP backend developers to implement essential technical adjustments. The result was a smooth, efficient integration that enhanced payroll processing efficiency and data accuracy.

Global SuccessFactors Template Rollout

In this global project, we developed and deployed a SuccessFactors Employee Central template tailored to capture essential payroll master data across regions. Starting with a pilot rollout in Germany, the template proved successful and was subsequently rolled out in additional regions, including China and Turkey. This rollout also marked a major transition, as we replaced the legacy SAP R/3 system with a third-party payroll interface to facilitate seamless payroll processing in Germany. Our team’s expertise in template design and cross-country implementation was instrumental in achieving a scalable, globally unified payroll solution.
